The Snowy Owl AIDS Foundation and Jacqueline Turpin, MPA in collaboration with Perfection Communications Inc.
have been commissioned to produce a CD multi-media presentation that will be bringing to life HIV/AIDS in Canada and around the world as it appears in 2006.
This summer the AIDS 2006 conference will be held in Toronto, ON and it is our goal to have a CD multi media presentation produced comprised of Canadian images
of PHA's (people with HIV/AIDS) that will put a human FACE to HIV/AIDS. It is our goal to join forces and collaborate on helping Canada take action by working together
to have as great an impact as possible. The conference theme is "Leading Together" showing the world that we are aware that the only way to conquer this
problem is to stand together and make it happen! What better way to support this initiative and to ensure that it happens by humanizing this disease and how it affects all of
us in our respective worlds. We intend to have the CD (multi media presentation) running during the conference in different venues as well as utilizing some of the portraits as
backdrops. We also intend to distribute a copy of the CD to each and every participant at this year's conference creating a lasting impression for years to come.
We are excited about this opportunity and wish to invite you to provide your contribution. To get involved we invite you to follow these steps;
The model must be available to have his/her portrait taken by our master photographer, Jacqueline Turpin, MPA as scheduled during the months of May or June, 2006;
The individual will be required to sign a release form stating your agreement to be part of this project and other projects associated with this initiative;
If we choose to utilize your photograph on any other occasion, you will be contacted;
A phone number and information with respect to your next of kin must be provided; and
We cannot guarantee that all images will be chosen for use in the CD.
