Walking the Western Medicine Road: HIV/AIDS Treament Access Issues for Aboriginal People

Aboriginal workshop description:
The Canadian Treatment Action Council (CTAC) in collaboration with THe Canadina Aboriginal AIDS Network (CAAN) and the Positive Women's Network (PWN) will be hosting a workshop on HIV/AIDS treatment access issues for Aboriginal people at the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre on Saturday February 9th, 2008. The workshop entitiled Walking the Western Medicine Road: HIV/AIDS Treatment Access Issues for Aboriginal People will focus on treatment access and information about Western medicine-to help Aboriginal men, women, and youth make informaed decisions about health care.
